The DJI Zenmuse S1 is a spotlight payload for the Matrice 400, 350 RTK and 300 RTK. It lights the ground at up to 500 m, with low beam, high beam and strobe modes and automatic aiming alongside a Zenmuse H30 series camera on the Matrice 400. Sold without a DJI Care plan.

The Zenmuse S1 gives a Matrice aircraft a powerful searchlight on a stabilised gimbal. It is made for night search and rescue, public safety, inspection and security work, where a pilot needs to see and be seen.
Low beam spreads light across about 15 degrees, and high beam narrows it to about 4 degrees for reach. Brightness is adjustable, and you can put the controls on the remote controller buttons.
On the Matrice 400, the S1 can pair with a Zenmuse H30 series camera. The gimbals stay in sync so the beam points where the camera is looking. Two S1 units on one Matrice 400 can be controlled together.
The S1 works with the Matrice 400, Matrice 350 RTK and Matrice 300 RTK. The Matrice 300 RTK needs the DJI RC Plus. Light output is a little lower on the 350 and 300 because of the power available. It is not compatible with the Matrice 4 series.
Brightness drops to 40% when the aircraft is on the ground, which protects eyes near the aircraft. The S1 also has temperature, overcurrent and power protection.
