How to Send Your Drone for Repair. To ensure safe delivery and fast processing of your repair, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Online Repair Form
   Fill out the Drone Repair Form on this page. This gives our technicians the details they need to assess your drone as quickly as possible.

2. Package Your Drone Securely

   • Remove propellers where possible

   • Include the aircraft, controller and battery

   • Protect the drone with bubble wrap or foam

   • Use a sturdy box to prevent damage in transit

   • Include your contact details & return address on the package.

   • Optional: Include a note referencing your name and contact number

3. Ship Your Drone To:

4. Send Us Your Tracking Number
   Once posted, email your tracking number to info@eastcoastdrones.com.au so we can keep an eye on its arrival.

What Happens Next?

As soon as your drone reaches our workshop, our team will log it in, run diagnostics and contact you with a repair quote. No work is carried out without your approval. Once repaired, we’ll return your drone safely and securely, ready to fly.
