DJI Care Enterprise Plus covers accidental damage to your Matrice 4E during the plan term — collision, water damage and other accidents — with no per-incident replacement fee within your plan’s coverage amount.

Plus includes two free flight battery replacements every year of the plan — covering the kind of wear a working fleet puts on batteries, on top of accidental-damage cover for the aircraft itself.

Devices bound to a Care Enterprise Plus plan within 30 days of each other share one combined coverage limit, with no cap on how many devices can be bound. For an operation running more than one aircraft, this pools your protection instead of capping it per unit.

Flyaway coverage is included for the Matrice 4E — a lost-link or GPS-loss incident that ends in the aircraft not being recovered. It’s available once per plan year and a separate replacement fee applies (unlike the free accidental-damage repairs above); DJI’s confirmed eligible models are the Matrice 4E, Matrice 4T, Mavic 3E, Mavic 3T, Mavic 3M, Matrice 30 and Matrice 30T.
