Description

Custom freight line item.

Use this for anything that doesn’t fit the standard AusPost Parcel Post / Express Post flat-rate tiers, for example:

• Oversized or overweight items sent via Express Post outside the 5kg flat-rate limit
• A different courier (StarTrack, TNT, etc.) instead of Australia Post
• Items requiring Dangerous Goods handling or declaration surcharges (e.g. lithium batteries)

Starting price is a placeholder ($200): when raising the manual invoice, edit the line-item price to match the actual freight quote for that shipment.
